02About this site

The site presents what we do and how we work. Its content is informational: it helps you understand our services, but it is not an offer in itself. A quote becomes binding on us only when we send it to you in writing and we sign a contract together.

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date. We may change it at any time, without prior notice, and changes do not affect contracts already signed.

03Services and quotes

For each project you receive a written quote stating what is included and what is not; anything not in the quote is not included. The price and the stages are set out in the written quote. Anything extra is agreed in writing, with the price stated before work begins.

  • The quote has a validity period, stated on it. After this period we may update it.
  • Prices shown on the site include VAT. We invoice EU businesses with a valid VAT number, and businesses outside the EU, without Romanian VAT.
  • Payment: 50% on signing, 50% after you accept the delivery, unless we agree otherwise in the contract.
  • Warranty: we fix errors in what we delivered free of charge for 3 months from handover and, if you have a monthly management subscription, for its entire duration. New changes have a price agreed in advance.
  • Delivery deadlines, and what happens if the requirements change along the way, are set out in the contract.

Once we sign the contract, the contract terms take precedence over anything written on the site or in earlier discussions.

04Bookings and contact form

You can book the diagnostic (a 20-minute online conversation) directly on the site, or you can write to us through the contact form. The diagnostic is free and creates no obligation.

  • Confirmation: after booking, you receive an email with the time, the meeting link and a link to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling: use the link in the confirmation email, at any time before the scheduled time. It helps us give the slot to someone else.
  • Form: we use what you send us only to reply to you. If we do not end up working together, we delete the data after the period set out in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send through the form any data you do not want us to see: passwords, card details or sensitive information.

05Intellectual property

The texts, images, graphic mark and code of this site belong to APOCORE AI SRL. You may quote them with a reference to the source. Do not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent.

What we build for you: the code is in your company’s account from day one and becomes yours upon payment of each stage. The reusable components we bring are listed in the quote, with an unlimited license to use them. Accounts and domains are in your company’s name.

06Limitation of liability

The information on the site is general and does not replace professional advice for your situation. The decisions you make based on it are your own.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the site or from its temporary interruptions. Our liability for contracted services is set out in the contract.

The site may link to other websites, for example the tools we use. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

08Governing law and disputes

These terms and any relationship arising from the site are governed by Romanian law.

If a disagreement arises, we first discuss it directly; you can reach us at contact@apocore.ai. If we do not reach an agreement, the matter may be brought before the competent courts in Romania.

We work mainly with businesses. If you contact us as an individual (consumer), you may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the entities approved by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
