I’ve been working on web apps and automations since 2023. I founded ApoCore AI in 2025 and I look after how we work: clear quotes, everything documented and handed over in the client’s name.

The rules we work by.

5 rules. You’ll find them in every quote and in the contract, not just on this page.

The quote says it all, before we start.

What we build, how long it takes and what each stage costs, in writing. If you want something extra along the way, we tell you the cost first and only work on it after you confirm. Payment: 50% at signing, 50% after you accept the delivery.
The code belongs to your company.

The code is in your company’s account from day one and becomes yours as each stage is paid. The reusable components we bring in are listed in the quote, with an unlimited license to use them. Accounts and domains are in your company’s name from the start.
We write down everything we do.

Decisions, access details and instructions live in a single folder, updated at every stage. The next person who works on the project, on our side or yours, starts from there.
We start from what you already have.

We don’t replace tools that work. We connect the ones that don’t talk to each other and build only what’s missing.
What we’ve delivered, we fix.

We fix bugs in what we’ve delivered free of charge for 3 months after handover and for as long as monthly management lasts. We agree on new changes together, with the price stated upfront, also in writing.
